CUSTOMER STATED: Toilet will not flush TECHNICIAN NOTES: This is the second floor full hallway bathroom, two piece elongated front toilet that is clogged and will only slowly drain water. Tenant stated that he was unsure if their 3 year old had flushed toys down the toilet but he had tried to plunge with no success RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: With a toilet auger I was able to clear the clog, I encountered something hard that I was able to break loose and push through the line. When I pulled the auger back I brought back feminine hygiene products as well. Clog is clear and toilet is functioning properly Additionally while on site the tenant let me know that the disposal was not working. I inspected the unit and found it needed to be reset and was jammed and would not spin. I reset and removed the obstruction with a disposal wrench, disposal is also functioning properly.
