Customer stated no hot water. Found January 2021 Rheem water heater with a faulty gas control valve. Heater lit for about 10 minutes and then went back out. Informed home owner to call Rheem and have new gcv shipped to his house and contact us when it arrives. Bill constellation for the labor to replace gcv when job is completed. Customer will call us when part arrives. Job is not completed. **GIO NOTES 4/18/24** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the basement of home, and is only 3 years of age which is still within manufacturing warranty. I was out today to replace the customer supplied gas control valve for the existing failed valve. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove, and replace the existing gas control valve with brand new valve with no issues. I fully pressurized water heater with no issues or leaks. I was able to successfully get water heater to pilot & ignite with no issues. I made h/o
