CM 04/10/2024 Customer stated: they had a leak. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leak in the shower. While on site we walked to the neighbors apartment to cut access behind the drywall to expose the shower valve. After exposing the shower valve we ran water to find water completely running down the shower head sprayer hose behind the shower spout leaking into the apartment below. Resolution: replaced shower jeans and tested to find no further leaks or drips. Job status complete Estimates: To cut dry wall for access.
