CUSTOMER STATED: Customer can hear a dripping sound coming from the upstairs mechanical area TECHNICIAN NOTES: Take that there was no leak coming from the dripping sound the cause Of the league is actually a backfill of the 3 inch to 4 inch 90 that whenever the water is dripping from upstairs, it is dripping into a pool of water inside the pipe, causing the sound. Customer has a separate leak from the upstairs which has been a persisting for so long customer has mushrooms growing inside of the home and the mold where the water was sitting for an extensive period of time RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Homeowner should attempt to contact upstairs neighbor since the sound is being caused by the leaking/running toilet in their unit.
