Informed tenet that that could be the first step of trying to resolve the issue but if it does not the next step may involve a shared vent line in the wall that may be the building responsibility. The hall bathroom shower only gets cold water. Assumed it was the scald guard but after I managed to get the handle off and adjusted the scald guard the issue still happened.
