RESOLUTION : Performed a minor rebuild on master bathroom toilet. After making repairs, toilet has been properly tested showing no further concerns at this point in time. JOB NOTES : Water pressure - 50 PSI under kitchen sink. High rise building. No clean out. JOB STATUS : Job complete. CUSTOMER STATED : Toilet in master bathroom won’t stop running and it will not turn off. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of the master bathroom toilet constantly running and cannot be shut off. After arriving, I immediately found chlorine cleaning tablets within the tank of the toilet. Water supply valve, fill valve, and flapper for master bathroom toilet are defective which is cause of the toilet constantly running / not being Unit’s water pressure is 50 testing under kitchen sink.
