Autho: 275kmai Technician came out and diagnosed the same issue as before. Due to their not being any obstruction in the toilet American home shield will not be covering for the replacement. Need to replace customers with new wax toilet bolts and supply line to resolve the issue. No issues are occurring anywhere in the home except for that toilet.
