Customer States: The faucet in the hallway bathroom is continuously dripping. Technician Notes: American Standard 8” widespread LAV faucet located in the hallway bathroom that was previously diagnosed as no mechanical failure on 4/22 by another one of our technicians is continuously dripping. Determined leak to he coming from the hot side, cold side has no issues at this time. Resolution: Called into AHS for approval. Installed a new American Standard brass cartridge on the hot side only. Restored water and tested for leaks. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located. No exterior hose bib for a water pressure check. Job Status: Complete.
