Stated.. pipe connections Tech notes.. came out to build an estimate to reconnect 2 pipes in the utility closet of unit 620, while on site found a 3/4 in pipe that was cut and needs to be reconnected. In unit 601 was told there was a leak while on site found lots and lots of black mold and sewage all over the kitchen floor. No leak located. Unable to check unit 605 (the unit above 601) for leaks as we believe that is where the problem is originating from. Resolution.. built estimate need to send Notes.. no clean out, could not take pressure water to apartment is off Status.. complete Estimate.. ready to send
