**ANNAUL WATER HEATER FLUSH** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Navien tankless water heater located in the utility storage closet of home, and is only one year of age. I found that this tank is up to code, and I am out today for annual tankless flush. Resolution: I was able to successfully perform annual flush for the tankless unit with no issues.
