Customer stated there is a drip coming from the upstairs jack and Jill shower Upon further inspection, found the shower cartridge had failed Gave customer price to replace the shower cartridge. Customer excepted the price. Shut down water to the home drain down the house I removed the old shower cartridge and found that it was a delta type p cartridge Replace the cartridge with the new cartridge Turn the water back on and tested for leaks and drip There are no leaks in drips at this time Job is complete Payment in pics
