TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of a leaking 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the closet on a platform near the living room area. Existing water heater was manufactured in 2009 and has never been flushed per homeowner. Customer requested estimate to replace water heater & recirculation pump. RESOLUTION : Installed new 50 gallon natural gas water heater and comfort series recirculation pump, along with all new code required items.
