Calle Doug for issue with water fountain and bathroom faucet. Found water fountain in conference room leaking from the solenoid valve. Also found warehouse bathroom faucet leaking and needing to be replaced. Will put together estimates for repairs and get parts ordered once the estimate gets authorized.
