Customer states The water heater is leaking Upon arrival found the water heater to be leaking from the bottom of the tank Shut down water to the house Shut off power to the old electrical heater Drained down the heater Removed old heater Installed new 40 gal electric heater With new expansion tank Turned water back on and filled heater Checked for leakes There are no leaks at this time Cleaned up work area
