CUSTOMER STATED: leaking upstairs tub into dining room area TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found some water marks around dining room ceiling area and surrounds made it difficult to find the cause of the problem, RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: after cutting holes and testing found that the drain over flow was leaking due to a bent metal plate that was keeping the over flow open causing the water to leak into subfloor and causing leaks in multiple areas of downstairs ceiling replaced drain over flow gasket and plate without further issues as of today.
