The tenants complaint is that the hall bathroom toilet on 2nd floor is constantly running We found the toilet is constantly running We looked in the tank and found there was a plastic ring from a bottle that became stuck under the flush seal not allowing the flush seal to close completely We removed the plastic ring and checked the flush seal the flush seal has no issue Tested the toilet with no issue Job completed No estimates needed at this time
