Customer Stated: They had a toilet that was constantly backing up, and running. The tenant also stated that they had a specialist come out, and determine that the issue for the constant clogging was due to root in the line. She also stated the company came out recently, and only removed the roots/trees. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that there were excavation marks from the front to the back yard, and there was a pile of tree/brush/branches close to the septic tank cap. I found that the external clean out was full of water, and backed up with sewage waste as well. I let the tenant know we would need to run the snake cable machine down the line towards the septic tank in order to try, and clear any blockage if there is any. I found that the septic tank was the issue, and the drain fuel line system was not functioning properly causing sewage to constantly back up inside the whole home.
