Customer/ Tenant States: Thinks there is a leak coming from the water meter/ water line. There is a lot of water in this area. Technician Notes: Out today to look into a potential main line leak. Checked water meter, meter is not spinning. Meter box is full of water, but it is wet uphill from the meter. Followed water all the way up to behind neighbors fence. Neighbor pulled in while I was onsite and asked if he had a leak coming from his backyard. He recently had new drains put in that run under the back deck and out to the ditch between the two homes. With the increased amount of rainfall we had over the last couple days, and the time the water takes to permeate the soil, this explains why the yard is soaking wet. Resolution: ResiPro may need to look into the landscape company to have a French drain installed. Ground is soaking wet, if this continues it could affect the foundation on the left side of the home.
