Customer stated: water heater still not working. Technician notes: upon arrival found 14 year old 50 gallon natural gas water heater in the garage, heater was not lighting and staying lit, it is believed that the gas control valve has failed, due to the age of the heater it is our recommendation to choice and the customer to replace the heater.
