Home owner has lived in the home 17 years and has never had an issue with the shower before. The master bathroom toilet flapper chain was not adjusted at all allowing the chain to slip under flapper. Adjusted flapper chain as a courtesy and replaced moen positemp shower cartridge. Noticed the handle was slightly cracked on the shower handle. Made customer aware of the crack before working on it. She said she would likely just go pick one up at Home Depot to replace if it broke. After reassembling the shower no more leaks were found and handle worked fine. No further issues were detected at the house. Job is completed.
