CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated that they are losing hot water after bathing three separate children in the morning once the wife goes into the shower after filling up three bathtubs of water is complaining of lukewarm water. TECHNICIAN NOTES: technician found that there is no mechanical failure on the water heater. We had replaced the gas control valve and burner assembly last March. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: there is no mechanical failure, so there No issue to be fixed.
