I am unable to locate parts for this valve. “Standard” brand shower valves went out of business in 1967. Resolution: Spoke to home owner about replacement. She is on board with replacing this valve (this is a rental home, she does not live here) she will let us know if she wants to go with customer supplied or have us supply the shower valve.
