Estimate to replace the existing 2 handle shower valve in the master bathroom. This shower valve also has what I believe is integral stops that come out of the wall as well. In order to replace this shower valve we will have to remove tile from the front side of the shower as there is no access from behind. Tile will either need replaced or a large remodel plate will be needed. Estimate includes going from a two handle valve to a single handle valve. I am unable to find a large enough remodel plate that would cover this amount of area. Tile work will be needed. Tile will need opened up, old valve assembly removed. New shower valve will need roughed in.
