CUSTOMER STATED: No hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES: Noritz tankless water heater installed on the exterior of the home next to crawlspace door not igniting. Tested with Noritz tech support and confirmed circuit board has failed and needs to be replaced. Water heater is no longer covered under manufacturers warranty. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: CHW approved circuit board replacement, need to order parts and return to complete when they arrive.
