CUSTOMER STATED: need fireplace lit and checked for any issues TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for scoping of a fireplace as of today we have fireplace lit and did not notice issues this is a lighter lit fireplace set up and not a pilot light system , also checked pressure and found it is high will send over estimates for replacement RESOLUTION: as of today fireplace is lit and working properly on the fireplace area itself explained to home owner lighting process and if she saw anything out of the normal to turn off gas to fireplace, will send over a pressure regulator valve replacement estimate.
