Customer stated: hall bathroom toilet is rocking. Technician notes: upon arrival found hall bathroom toilet rocking severely, left side plastic bolt was broken. Spoke with customer and they wanted to have a new toilet installed. Resolution: will return to replace toilet in hall bathroom with two piece comfort height toilet.
