Customer States: He is having issues with his whirlpool tub in the hallway bathroom. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issues with the whirlpool tub. First issue is that the pump is not working. When the air switch is pushed in it makes a very loud noise. Pump is burned up and needs replaced. Issue number two is the faucet attached to the tub. Whoever performed work in the next bathroom over cut the lines that run to this faucet. There is no longer anywhere to tie supply lines back to. Faucet is also missing a handle. Resolution: Called AHS to discuss this work order and see what is covered/ non covered. Job Notes: AHS is only covering for the pump replacement, they are not covering for the tub faucet or water lines. No exterior sewer clean out located. Job Status: Incomplete, parts will be needed.
