Customer States: Toilet in the basement is leaking and they are wanting the other toilets looked at. Technician Notes: Toilet in the basement bathroom has a broken closet bolt on the right side, plastic bolt broke and now toilet rocks. Toilet leaks when flushed. Toilet will need pulled and reset. There are 3 other toilets in the home. All 4 toilets are 20+ year old Kohler toilets. Customer has used chlorine tablets that have taken a toll on the tank components. Special order Kohler flush valve seals and flappers are worn. These will eventually lead to issues. Resolution: Spoke to customer about toilet replacement and went over various options. She is wanting to replace the toilets over repairing them. Estimate is built. She is good with the price and would like to be on for next Thursday, explained inclement whether may affect our schedule. She is open for the week after as well.
