Will have to remove old thank type heater and install a new tank less heater Run a 3/4 gas line about 4 feet And hook up venting Has a detected recirculating pump 03/16/24 lee arrived to day to replace old heater Shut down water to the house Drained down the house Removed two 40 gal electric heater Installed new tankless Installed gas line to tankless Instllaed new vent line for tankless And Ran water lines for tankless Closed up hole where vent is penetrated the wall and installed the screen on the vent line Set heater to lp gas Checked everything for leakes There are no leakes at this time Cleaned up work area Job compleat Payment is in the pics
