Replacing trim and stems on basement bathroom three handle tub and shower valve. 03/26/24 lee Arrived out today to do sold work We shut down water to the home Drained down the home Removed trim from the shower in the basement Removed old Pfister shower cartage on a three Handel shower Installed all new stems for hot cold and diverting stem Turned water back on and checked for leaks There are no leaks at this time Reinstalled trim kit to stems Cleaned up work area Main floor we pulled and reset toilet in hall way bath and inspected the flange Reset toilet using new wax ring flange bolts Cleaned up work area and filled toile Checked toilet for leaks There are no leaks at this time Up stairs shower draining slow Pulled off the over flow plat and snaked the line Ran hand snake all 25 feet Pulled line back and retrieved hair from the line ran tub to insure that tub was draining properly Reinstalled over flow plate to tub Cleaned up work area Job complete.
