4/17/24 Preston B job notes : Out to the residence today for a sold estimate to perform a pull and reset on the full hallway bathroom. Once toilet was pulled, I found flange has been repaired in past. Left ear of closet flange has also broken. After conversating with the customer, they approved additional costs to replace closet flange. RESOLUTION : Performed a pull / reset and replaced closet flange for toilet in full hallway bathroom. After making necessary repairs, I gave remounted toilet and tested for proper functions/leaks. At this point in time there are further concern and customers can use toilet as needed. JOB NOTES : Please bill card on file for remaining invoice amount that includes additional work sold on site today. Clean out located on left side of front door.
