CUSTOMER STATED: When draining a large quantity of water upstairs it will back up into the sink in the basement. Issue with dish washer shutoff valve in upstairs kitchen. TECHNICIAN NOTES: There are two 3" inch PVC pipes running down from ceiling through foundation floor on either side of home in basement. Kitchen sink is in the middle. When customer fills and drains tub, runs laundry or dish washer waste backs up into this sink. Ran 70+ foot of cable with small sewer machine. Did not run into anything hard. However, when cable was pulled back there was grease on it. At this point I recommend kitchen drain needs a jet job and Camera to inspect for underlying issues. Packing nut needs tightened I'm upstairs kitchen. RESOLUTION: Tightened packing nut under kitchen sink upstairs. Will need to run a jetter with camera in basement kitchen.
