CUSTOMER STATED: they had a sewage ejector pump not working. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a sewage ejector pump not pumping. While on site I explained to the home owner if I pull the sewage ejector pump and there is a foreign object I can not put it back and hook everything back up and she agreed. I pulled the pump out of the bucket to find multiple wipes lodged in the blades of the pump. I pulled the while’s out of the pump and had shown the home owner all the wipes that were in it. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: we will need to com back with a replacement pump in order to make the repair. The sewage ejector pump is located in the basement utility closet with plenty of room and access to work with. JOB NOTES: hose bibs are off. No clean out.
