CUSTOMER STATED : We have broken toilet upstairs and a rocking toilet downstairs. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concerns with 2 toilets in the home. After we arrived we found a broken toilet located in the full guest bathroom upstairs and a loose toilet located in the powder bathroom on the main level. Upstairs guest bathroom needs to be replaced. After pulling powder bathroom toilet, we found the existing toilet flange to be cracked on both left and right side of the ears. Existing glue in flange is on slab, therefore flange will need to be replaced for toilet in powder bathroom. RESOLUTION : Replaced full guest bathroom toilet upstairs and installed a 2 piece round front glacier bay toilet. Replaced closet flange for powder bathroom. After making all repairs we have tested for further leaks, drips, or concerns. At this point in time there are no further concerns and tenants can use facilities as needed.
