2/28/24 Preston B. Job notes : Out today for a return trip to replace the existing 50 gallon electric water heater on a stand in the garage of the home. Existing heater was leaking. While on site we notified the homeowner about our concerns with there being high water pressure in the home prior to pressurizing system. Homeowner spoke with management and authorized us to replace existing double union zurn pressure regulating valve located in the garage. RESOLUTION : Installed new 50 gallon electric water with all new code required items and replaced existing pressure regulating valve. After making repairs to the system we have fully pressurized repairs to test for leaks. At this point in time all repairs are not showing any leaks, drips, or concerns at this point in time and new 50 gallon water heater is heating up.
