CUSTOMER STATED: the tenants complaint is that the hall bathroom toilet the bowl fills up and then drains slowly the tub in the same bathroom is slow to drain TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found the toilet in the hall bathroom was slow to drain The tub is also slow to drain RESOLUTION: I augered the toilet and found paper towels or wipes in it after I removed them the toilet flushed perfectly The I removed the toe touch stopper and checked the drain and is only slow to drain when the tub spout is still filling once the water is turned off it drains great I ran my hair puller down the drain and through the overflow and didn’t feel anything in the drain or the trap it’s draining good at this point it just can’t keep up to the full flow of the tub spout JOB NOTES: STATUS job completed AUTHO ESTIMATES no further estimates are needed
