CUSTOMER STATED: water heater not making hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found water heater was set to pilot mode and was not lit on full on position or burner assembly kicking on. Need to turn knob to on position for water to heat up to full temperature RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: turned knob to on position and found no further issues once water heater lit up, burner assembly is heating up as of today.
