CUSTOMER STATED: toilet not flushing TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found that toilet handle was broken and will need to replace. RESOLUTION: as of today toilet handle has been replaced and explained to tenant if we do have to come back out we will send in for replacement of toilet due to possible clogged jets in toilet not letting toilet bowl fill up all the way.
