Ejenkins 10/25/23 Tenant stated low water pressure with multiple fixtures in use at same time. Water pressure high on system with clogged pressure regulator valve. Found expansion tank ruptured and upstairs hall shower cartridge backwards so that hot turns on first. Replaced watts pressure regulator valve and tested, cut access hole in living room wall 16x6. Installed new expansion tank, flipped shower cartridge over for proper operation. Tested well, job complete. Tenant left without notice, no signature available.
