Customer stated: annual water heater flush and blockage in kitchen sink Technician notes: out today to preform a water heater flush and visual inspection. We did not preform the flush due to the water heater being 12 years old. Water heater visually looks good, the customer advised that they have to keep relighting the water heater which is due to the gas control valve going bad. Customer also has a home blockage effecting the kitchen sink and hallway bathroom tub. Resolution: we were able to clear the blockage by plunging the kitchen sink and bathroom tub. Filled the sink up 3 times and the tub, everything is draining as it should at this time.
