Called out for issue with water heater. Found 50 gallon natural gas water heater in unfinished mechanical room in finished basement. Home owner has turned water off to water heater due to tank leaking. Put together and present estimate to replace the failed water heater. Home owner understands but want to contact Constellation before moving forward with replacement.
