CUSTOMER STATED: They had a leak coming from underneath the kitchen sink. They also had two running toilets TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that the kitchen faucet was leaking, and it was coming from multiple pin holes in the Moen faucet pull down sprayer hose. I let homeowner know he needs to contact Moen for hose replacement as they have lifetime warranty, and due to it being under manufacturer warranty choice will not cover for this part. There were no mechanical failures with both upstairs master/guest bathroom toilets. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We will need to replace the Moen pull down sprayer hose located on the main level kitchen of home to fix/prevent any future plumbing issues.
