CUSTOMER STATED: The complaint is that the master bathroom toilet was clogged And that the thermal expansion tank is not secured properly TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found that when the master bathroom toilet is flushed it is slow to drain I found that the thermal expansion tank is mounted on copper But is mounted sideways and has some plastic strapping that has it connected to the wall RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I flushed the toilet several times and it started draining with no issues I replaced the thermal expansion tank and modified the copper pipe to allow the thermal expansion tank vertically JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
