Customer/ Tenant States: Toilets are backing up. Portion of sewer line was replaced last summer. Still having issues. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with a main line clog. Upon arrival, clean out cap was off and waste has built up around clean out. Ran camera into main sewer line. Line is holding at 28ft past first clean out. Ran sewer machine and pulled back paper towel/ toilet paper/ wet wipes. Ran camera again and found roots in the line near the road frontage. Roots are holding on to waste and creating a clog. This section of pipe was not replaced. Resolution: Will need to hydro jet the main line and camera to search for underlying issues. Line is flowing but will back up again.
