CUSTOMER STATED: The tenants complaint is that they are having water showing up Through the master bathroom flooring and getting in to the master bathroom carpet And they are saying that the toilet seems to not flush regularly TECHNICIAN NOTES: We found that there is water coming up through the flooring As we tested we found that that both showers are leaking out from the handles and water is flowing into the walls behind the showers The master bathroom tub spout is leaking in to the wall as well We found the master bathroom toilet doesn’t want to flush correctly After inspecting it we found that the flush valve tube is cut to low So the tank isn’t getting enough water to flush properly RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommend rebuilding 2 shower valves Replace in tub spout and toilet JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
