Customer stated basement bathroom tub shower does not turn off that there was another company out and their repair didn’t work Found basement bathroom tub shower with cold side trim removed and a wrench locked onto the stim the handles on the valve had been replaced with universal style handles which don’t seem to be working the stim on the cold side is completed lay stripped out due to these universal handles and the hot side stim which appeared to have been replaced recently has a handle that is barely on and is very loose and unable to be tightened any more. The diverter is also leaking out of the stim when the shower is diverted.
