While on site the h/o wanted a quote for having all three toilets replaced. I presented options to have this done, and the h/o wants to move forward with replacing all three toilets. He would like to pick out the toilets himself, but definitely wants to have this done within the next week. Resolution: We will need to replace all three toilets located in the main level hallway guest bathroom, 2nd level guest bathroom, and 2nd level master bathroom with brand new customer supplied toilets.
