Perform annual water heater flush as apart of our HCC maintenance plan. 40 gallon natural gas Rheem water heater in the 3rd floor utility closet is roughly a year old a due for a flush. Performed flush and tested for proper function. Cleared debris from bottom of tank. Advised customer to give it some time before using hot water so it may reach temp again. Job Status: Complete.
