Stated.. toilet not working Technician notes.. came out today to diagnose a toilet that is not functioning upon arriving found the downstairs powder bath toilet to not be filling and flushing correctly with water coming out of the side. Found the fill valve hose to have come out of its slot causing the leak and the improper flush. Resolution.. put hose back in slot correcting both problems.
