CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner complaint is that the toilet we repaired is still running And they can’t get the shut off to completely turn off TECHNICIAN NOTES: We found that the guest bathroom toilet on the 2nd floor was still running And the shut off is not shutting off all the way We tested it and foun the flush seal is not sealing We adjusted the flush seal and tested again with dye RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We adjusted the flush seal Tested with no more issues The guest bathroom toilet shut off is starting to fail and I’d recommend replacing it but it had nothing to do with the recall JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
